How it works

  • Step 2 - Kick Off

    To get things started we establish our areas for focus.

    We form a designed alliance and agree on the approach for engagement.

    Who we work with, how we collaborate and how we report back.

  • Step 3 - Discovery

    We undertake discovery to gain better insights into your current way of working.

    We work with you to understand the gaps and where you want to get to.

    Baseline measures are established, so we can demonstrate improvements.

  • Step 4 - Gather Improvements

    We use a lean approach to change where the insight gathered to generate improvement options.

    We treat each improvement as an experiment with established outcomes and success measures.

    An improvement backlog is created, so this can be prioritised. This can be turned into a roadmap.

  • Step 5 - Enact Improvements

    We work with the team(s) to embed the improvement and offer coaching and support.

    Each improvement is assessed for impact and we use new insights from our learning to feedback into the improvement backlog.

    We can be as hands on as needed, doing the work and leading by example, or act in more of an advisory capacity.

  • Step 6 - Review and Adjust

    We review shifts toward new target states and overall target condition.

    Regular check points are established to see if you need our continued support in implementing improvements. 

    Our aim is to establish a longer term continuous improvement culture and process.
